Global Head of Marketing and Customer Experience, Verifone Commerce Enablement
Leslie Klein is Global Head of Marketing and Customer Experience for Verifone’s Commerce Enablement business. In this role, Leslie is responsible for positioning Verifone as the innovation leader in payments and for establishing Verifone as the go-to partner for merchants who want to create unique, relevant and personalized in-store experiences that help them foster loyalty and sell more to their customers.
Prior to her current position, Leslie spent nine years at Citi serving in several marketing leadership roles, including as the Global Head of Marketing for Citi Enterprise Payments, the Chief Marketing Officer for Citi Transaction Services and as the Marketing Lead for the overall Institutional Clients Group. Before joining Citi, Leslie spent four years as the Head of Marketing for the Western Hemisphere Region for J. P. Morgan’s Treasury Services business and seven years as the Chief Marketing Officer for Chase Home Finance.
Leslie has a B.Sc. from the University of Toronto and a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from Columbia University.
