This workshop is part of NYCON/GM’s monthly series of trainings for nonprofits and their boards: “Practical Solutions for Today’s Nonprofit Governance Challenges.” The trainings address a wide range of topics such as defining the expectations of board service, building leadership, improving fundraising skills and strategies and the board’s working relationship with staff leadership.
