The NYC Good Governance Blueprint is a resource for board and staff leadership which consolidates best practices, tools, and references for governance. The knowledge of good governance concepts will help you become a more productive leader in making decisions that strengthen your organization’s  structure, operation, and sustainability.

The NYC Good Governance Blueprint was developed by the NYC Nonprofit Board Development Coalition, led by NYC Service, a division of the Office of the Mayor. The coalition includes 20 organizations that make it their mission to support nonprofits across New York City.
